We are seeking an experienced Painting Supervisor to oversee painting activities, manage workers, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise painters and allocate daily work.

- Inspect surfaces and determine preparation and painting requirements.

- Monitor paint mixing, application, finishing, and touch-up work.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.

- Track materials, tools, equipment, and labour requirements.

- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other site teams.

- Maintain daily progress reports and resolve on-site issues.

- Train workers in proper painting techniques and equipment use.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Painting Supervisor or Senior Painter.





- Solid knowledge of surface preparation, primers, coatings, spray painting, and finishing.

- Ability to read work instructions, drawings, and project specifications.

- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.

- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial painting projects.

- Familiarity with quality inspections and material estimation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
