About Us

PPC Guru is a performance marketing agency helping brands grow through digital advertising. We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for our clients and turn ad spend into measurable results.

What you’ll do

- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage keywords, audiences, budgets, bidding, and retargeting.
- Test ad copy, creative, and landing pages to improve leads and sales.
- Set up and check conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Monitor campaign performance and share transparent reports and recommendations with clients.

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads,



preferably in a marketing agency.
- Proven results improving leads, sales, or return on ad spend.
- Experience with Google Search and Performance Max, plus Meta’s Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
- A strong understanding of conversion tracking and campaign reporting.
- The ability to manage multiple client accounts independently and communicate clearly.
- Full-time availability during Eastern Time business hours.
