Paid Search Specialist Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Google Ads, keyword research, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads / PPC campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and develop effective keyword strategies.
- Create and optimize search ad campaigns to improve performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Perform A/B testing of ad copy, keywords, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and lead generation.
- Manage negative keywords and search terms to improve traffic quality.




- Track conversions using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Stay updated on changes in Google Ads, PPC trends, and best practices.
- Work with content, SEO, and marketing teams to support overall digital marketing goals.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in Paid Search, PPC, or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Good understanding of keyword research, bidding, match types, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with conversion tracking and performance reporting.
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
