Role & responsibilities
- perate and monitor the food processing and production machines.
- Handle the roasting process as per production and quality standards.
- Ensure proper packaging and sealing of finished products.
- Monitor machine performance and report any technical issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
- Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain daily production and process records.
- Coordinate with the production and quality team for smooth operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in roasting operations.
- Knowledge of packaging processes and machines.
- Understanding of food production processes.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Ability to work in a production setting and shifts.
