Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- Experience with integration of packaged or cloud-based applications using APIs and low-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of software release management and version control processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application configuration and performance.
- Familiarity with tools used for monitoring system stability and performance metrics.
