Role Description The Owner at StoneX Global will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all business operations, ensuring the brand’s vision, design philosophy, and customer experience are consistently upheld. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi involves setting long-term goals, managing key stakeholder relationships, and guiding teams in sales, marketing, design, and operations. The Owner will oversee financial performance, budgeting, and investments, as well as drive expansion plans, partnerships, and current product lines.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing operational reports, making decisions on resource allocation, ensuring quality and craftsmanship standards, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. The role also entails representing the brand in high-level negotiations, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen market positioning.

Qualifications

- Leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, team leadership, and decision-making.




- Business development and sales acumen, with experience in relationship management, negotiation, and market expansion.
- Financial management capabilities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial reports.
- Understanding of design, luxury lifestyle, or building materials sectors, with an appreciation for craftsmanship and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and represent the brand externally.
- Experience in operations management, supply chain oversight, and quality control processes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving growth, innovation, and customer-centric initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Design, Architecture, or a related field; equivalent experience as a founder or senior leader is highly valued.
