Role Description The Owner role at Red Orange Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, set organizational goals, and guide the development of Salesforce services, software solutions, and staff augmentation offerings. Daily responsibilities include managing key client relationships, supervising cross-functional teams, monitoring financial performance,



and making decisions on resource allocation and investments.

The role also involves driving business development initiatives, ensuring the quality and reliability of project delivery, and fostering a cooperative, inclusive work environment. The Owner will work closely with leadership and delivery teams to align operations with long-term growth plans and maintain strong market positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and people management.

- Experience in technology services, particularly in areas such as Salesforce, software development, or IT consulting.

- Business development and client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.

- Financial and operational management skills, including budgeting, performance tracking, and process improvement.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.

- Proven experience in a senior leadership, founder, or ownership role within a technology or professional services organization is highly beneficial.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Ability to work on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and coordinate with international teams and clients.
