Role Description The Owner role at R.C. Automation INC. is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara, responsible for overseeing overall business operations and strategic direction. The Owner will manage key client relationships, drive sales and marketing initiatives, and ensure high-quality delivery of electrical, automation, and instrumentation solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring financial performance, approving major projects and investments, and coordinating with vendors and partners, including Siemens and other suppliers. The role involves making decisions on business development opportunities, reviewing operational processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety and industry standards.



The Owner will also represent the company in external meetings and industry events, while fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.

Qualifications

- Strong background in electrical engineering, automation, or related technical fields, with the ability to understand and guide solution design and product selection.

- Experience in sales, marketing, and business development within industrial or manufacturing sectors, including client relationship management and negotiation.

- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising teams, setting goals, and driving accountability.

- Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis for a small to medium-sized business.

- Knowledge of electrical safety standards, industrial automation practices, and instrumentation applications, preferably with exposure to Siemens products.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Proven ability to work on-site in a hands-on capacity, make timely decisions, and manage multiple operational priorities.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Prior ownership, senior management, or entrepreneurial experience in a technical or industrial business is highly beneficial.
