Role Description The Owner role at SunTec Business Solutions is a full-time, in office position based in Thiruvananthapuram, responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing overall business performance. The Owner will define long-term vision, drive growth initiatives, and ensure alignment of products, services, and operations with market trends and customer needs. Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial performance, guiding senior leadership teams, making key investment and partnership decisions, and monitoring operational efficiency, risk management, and regulatory compliance.





The role involves active engagement with major clients and stakeholders, representing the company at industry events, and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. The Owner will also provide mentorship to leadership staff, support talent development, and ensure that organizational structures and processes enable sustainable scalability.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and strategic management skills, including experience in setting vision, driving growth, and leading high-performing teams.

- Proven track record in business operations, financial oversight, budgeting, and decision-making at an executive or ownership level.

- Experience in enterprise software, fintech, or technology-driven services, ideally in pricing, billing, or customer experience platforms.

- Ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships, manage key stakeholders, and represent the organization in external forums.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse cultures and geographies.

- Background in corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance relevant to global technology and financial services markets.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

- Demonstrated aptitude for innovation, digital transformation, and leveraging cloud or SaaS platforms to drive business outcomes.
