Provide overnight monitoring and L1 support for Citrix, Azure, AVD, Windows, VMware, MFT/FTP and monitoring tools. Perform health checks, troubleshoot incidents, follow SOPs, escalate issues, document tickets and hand over to day teams.

Required Candidate profile

4–7 years in IT infrastructure with Azure, Windows, VMware and monitoring expertise. Skilled in troubleshooting, Grafana, Azure Monitor, automation and L1 support; Linux, PowerShell, ITIL knowledge.
