? Salary: ₹25,000/month + Incentives

? Travel: Regular field travel across Delhi NCR

We are looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to build and develop new business opportunities across the automotive and architectural glass market.

This is a hands-on B2B field sales role involving cold outreach, client meetings, lead generation, and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach automotive fleet operators, body builders, builders, contractors, façade consultants, and other glass buyers

Conduct regular door-to-door and telephonic prospecting

Generate and qualify leads based on budget, volume, timeline, and decision-maker access

Build and maintain an active sales pipeline

Schedule meetings and develop warm leads for the closing team





Gather and report market insights, competitor information, and customer requirements

Key Requirements:

- Sales experience in glass, building materials, auto components, or B2B industrial sales

Basic knowledge of glass products, including float glass, lamination, toughening, thicknesses, and applications

Comfortable with cold calling and field-based prospecting

Own two-wheeler/vehicle for field travel

Positive communication skills in Hindi and working English

- Self-driven and comfortable building a sales pipeline from scratch
