Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Owner is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, overseeing core business operations, and ensuring that all activities align with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing senior leadership, guiding business development initiatives, monitoring financial performance, and driving growth in online trading products and services.

The role involves overseeing risk management, maintaining strong client and partner relationships, and ensuring the delivery of secure, efficient trading solutions.



The Owner is expected to provide leadership in innovation, uphold high standards of transparency and governance, and represent the company in key external engagements.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and strategic management skills, with experience guiding senior teams and setting long-term business direction.

- Extensive knowledge of financial markets, online trading platforms, and products such as forex, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies.

- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance within the financial services sector.

- Proficient in financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis to support sustainable growth and profitability.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain client, partner, and regulator relationships.

- Proven ability to drive innovation, implement new technologies, and enhance customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced professional certifications in finance or management are an advantage.

- Prior experience in a senior executive or ownership role in a financial services or fintech organization is highly beneficial.
