Role Description The Outreach & Growth Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, focused on expanding Social Angel’s impact and community of donors and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential partners such as hospitals, schools, NGOs, and corporate CSR teams, and supporting outreach campaigns to engage them. The intern will assist in managing donor and beneficiary communication, provide responsive customer support, and help nurture relationships with the SocialAngel community.

The role also involves contributing to outreach content,



including emails, social media posts, and basic campaign descriptions, and tracking engagement metrics to identify opportunities for growth. Collaboration with the operations and marketing teams will be essential to support new initiatives, events, and partnerships that drive platform awareness and campaign success.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage donors, beneficiaries, and partners professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills to identify outreach opportunities, understand stakeholder needs, and support data-driven growth.
- Candidates should possess Community Outreach and Writing skills to support campaigns, events, and clear, persuasive communication materials.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Interest in social impact, crowdfunding, or non-profit work; prior internship or project experience in outreach, marketing, or community engagement is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Social Work, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, social media platforms) and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
