Role Description The Outreach Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for planning and executing outreach initiatives to increase awareness of Unify Abroad’s services among students, educational institutions, and local communities. Day-to-day tasks include building and managing relationships with schools, colleges, and training centers, organizing seminars, workshops, and information sessions, and representing the company at education fairs and community events.



The role involves coordinating campaigns to generate leads, collaborating with the counseling and sales teams to ensure effective follow-up, and maintaining accurate records of outreach activities and outcomes.

The Outreach

Manager will also develop communication materials, manage public relations efforts, and provide feedback to leadership on market trends and student needs to refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Public Relations skills to engage effectively with students, parents, educators, and community stakeholders.
- Demonstrated Project Management and Community Outreach skills to plan, coordinate, and execute events and initiatives.
- Sales and relationship-building abilities to generate leads, promote services, and support enrollment goals.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, travel locally for meetings and events, and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Experience in education counseling, overseas education, or EdTech outreach is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools is beneficial.
