Role Overview

As an Outreach Associate, you will play a key role in expanding our Crowdfunding platform by working closely with NGOs, non-profits, social initiatives, and individual fundraisers. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard partners, support them in launching effective fundraising campaigns, and build long-term relationships with donors and organizations.

This role is ideal for energetic, people-oriented individuals who enjoy communication, relationship-building, and contributing to meaningful social causes.

Key Responsibilities NGO & Partner Outreach

- Reach out to NGOs, non-profits, and individual fundraisers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media
- Introduce partners to the fundraising platform and clearly explain its advantages
- Understand partner fundraising needs and guide them through the onboarding process

Onboarding & Campaign Support

- Assist partners in completing onboarding on the platform




- Support NGOs in planning, launching, and managing fundraising campaigns
- Help improve campaign visibility, messaging, and donor engagement

Partnership & Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, CSR teams, corporate partners, and donors
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for partners on the platform

Fundraising Growth & Donor Engagement

- Engage with donors and identify opportunities to increase donations and repeat contributions
- Share ideas to improve campaign performance and fundraising outcomes
- Track campaign progress and share insights with the internal team

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
