About the Role

We’re looking for energetic and target-driven talents to join our Talent Operations team. The role involves reaching out to IT professionals, introducing suitable job opportunities, and driving the engagement. This is a high-activity, target-based role requiring enthusiasm, persistence, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

- 0-3 yrs experience in outbound calling.

- Positive communication in English and Hindi.

- High energy, confidence, and goal orientation.

- Basic computer and data entry skills.

- Comfortable handling 100–120 calls per day

Key Responsibilities

- Connecting with IT job seekers and sharing relevant opportunities.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

- Update candidate details accurately in the system.

- Follow up with interested candidates for application or registration completion.

- Maintain professionalism and consistent communication quality.
