Job Summary:

The Retail Outlet Staff is responsible for managing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining high standards of customer service, and achieving sales targets. This role involves strict adherence to company policies, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and coordinating effectively with the outlet in-charge and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Compliance
1. Follow all company policies and guidelines while ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
2. Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner, addressing feedback, suggestions, and complaints promptly.
3. Ensure every customer is attended to without delay.

- Outlet Operations

1. Coordinate and manage daily operational activities of the outlet.
2. Assist the outlet in-charge with opening and closing procedures as per set timings.
3. Monitor customer movement to prevent malpractices.

- Inventory & Cash Management

1. Maintain stock and inventory using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) methods.
2. Deposit outlet cash twice a week or as per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
3. Prepare MIS reports on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.





- Maintenance & Hygiene

1. Report maintenance-related issues to the outlet in-charge on the same day.
2. Ensure upkeep of equipment, facilities, and grounds through preventive maintenance programs.
3. Maintain daily hygiene and cleanliness of the outlet with housekeeping support.
4. Adhere to grooming standards and dress code policies.

- Sales & Marketing

1. Implement and execute corporate and local marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns on time.
2. Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
