Job Overview

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to handle inbound enquiries and convert customer leads into bookings for birthday parties, corporate events and group experiences.

The role involves customer interaction, lead follow-up, booking conversion, upselling and coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls and customer enquiries related to birthday parties, corporate events and group bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate lead records.
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Upsell gaming, F&B; and event packages to customers.
- Coordinate with Operations, Events and F&B; teams for booking requirements.
- Maintain daily sales and lead-conversion reports.
- Ensure timely communication and professional customer service.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements




- Freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Hospitality, Event Sales or Banquet Sales is preferred.
- Fluent Telugu communication is mandatory.
- Good spoken English communication is required.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and target-oriented approach.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and customer-facing setting.
- Willingness to work weekends and rotational weekly offs.
