- Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to recent prospects or existing clients using company-provided databases and dialer systems.
- Pitch Products and Services: Explain features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers clearly.
- Handle Objections: Address customer concerns, pricing pushback, or hesitations with professional rebuttals.
- Generate Leads and Close Sales: Qualify prospects, set appointments, or complete direct transactions over the phone.
- Maintain CRM Records: Update call notes, lead stages, and customer details accurately in software like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Meet Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly goals for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
