Role Description The OTA Intern role at GrowVista is a remote internship focused on supporting online travel agency (OTA) operations and distribution activities. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in updating room rates and availability, optimizing content and images on OTA platforms, and ensuring accuracy of hotel information across listing sites. The intern will help monitor competitor pricing, review performance reports, and support the team with basic data analysis and documentation.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve listing issues,



contributing to promotional campaigns, and maintaining organized records of changes and updates. This internship offers exposure to the hospitality industry, e-commerce distribution, and digital channel management, with guidance from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in data entry, spreadsheet usage, and basic analysis to manage OTA listings and performance metrics.
- Comfort with online platforms, web-based tools, and e-commerce concepts, ideally with an interest in hospitality or travel.
- Solid attention to detail, accuracy in handling information, and ability to follow structured processes and guidelines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and document changes clearly.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
