Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterilized and readily available.

- Support the surgical team by handing instruments and supplies during operations.

- Monitor and maintain a sterile workplace to prevent infections and ensure patient safety.

- Provide emergency support during surgeries, including responding promptly to any complications or changes in patient condition.

- Assist in transferring patients to and from the operating room and ICU, ensuring their comfort and safety.

- Ensure clinical documentation is accurately completed, detailing procedures, patient information, and any incidents during surgeries.

- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.

- Participate in post-operative care and monitoring of patients, offering assistance as needed for recovery.
