Oriental Chef – Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of Oriental/Asian dishes as per the menu.

- Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes.

- Handle food preparation, marination, sauces, stocks, and cooking efficiently.

- Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety at all times.

- Manage ingredients and ensure proper storage and minimum wastage.

- Coordinate with kitchen assistants and other team members during operations.

- Maintain smooth and timely food preparation during peak orders.

- Suggest current dishes and improvements to the Oriental menu when required.

- Monitor stock levels and inform the management about ingredient requirements.

- Follow recipes, kitchen procedures, and quality standards.

Continental Chef – Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes including pasta, sandwiches, burgers, steaks, grilled items, salads, soups, and sides.

- Ensure consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes.





- Plan and prepare ingredients according to the daily menu and orders.

- Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety standards.

- Manage food stock, check ingredient quality, and minimize wastage.

- Coordinate with the kitchen assistants, captain, and other team members for smooth operations.

- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency across all orders.

- Handle high-volume orders efficiently, especially during peak hours.

- Assist in menu preparation and suggest new dishes or improvements when required.

- Ensure the kitchen equipment and workstations are kept clean and properly maintained.

- Monitor food costs and use ingredients efficiently.

- Train and guide kitchen assistants when required.

- Be responsible for timely preparation and dispatch of orders from the cloud kitchen.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
