We are looking for Fresh MBA Graduates to join our team as Customer Journey Advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and calls
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel journeys
- Customise itineraries and explain pricing, inclusions and documentation
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings
- Maintain customer details in CRM
- Support customers before, during and after travel
- Build robust customer relationships and generate repeat/referral opportunities
Requirements: • Fresh MBA graduates
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Kannada/Hindi/other regional languages are an advantage
- Confident and customer-focused
- Comfortable with sales targets and follow-ups
- Willing to work from the Bengaluru office
