Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in this field
- Previous experience in E-commerce Order Processing is mandatory
- Must have hands-on experience with Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Amazon seller portals.
Roles:
- Manage and process daily online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle orders through Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Amazon seller portals.
- Process orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order processing.
- Monitor order status, inventory availability, and dispatch timelines.
- Resolve portal-related issues and order processing errors.
- Maintain proper order records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure orders are processed within defined timelines.
- Manage multiple orders while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
