Order Management & Execution

Coordinate with Sales and Supply Chain teams for end-to-end order processing of B2B customers across Pan India.

Ensure timely execution, planning, and dispatch of customer orders as per committed timelines.

Monitor and analyze sales orders for B2B, Cash & Carry (C&C;), E-Commerce, and Export Business customers.

Create and process Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) as per business requirements.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as a liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, CFA, Logistics, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Coordinate with transporters and courier agencies for timely material dispatch and delivery tracking.

Resolve operational issues related to dispatches, billing, and stock availability.

Billing & System Operations

Handle billing activities through the Metis ERP system.





Support and guide the billing team to ensure accurate and timely invoice generation.

Maintain proper documentation and records related to orders, dispatches, and billing transactions.

Inventory & Reporting

Prepare and analyze stock reports, sales reports, and stock summaries.

Monitor inventory movement and support physical stock audits.

Ensure data accuracy in order management and inventory records.

Customer Service

Address customer queries related to order status, dispatches, billing, and stock availability.
