Role overview

We are hiring for multiple roles in Oracle Fusion HCM, including Functional and Techno-Functional Consultants, with 57 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in HCM modules, along with technical skills for techno-functional roles. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Managing support and enhancement activities.
- Requirement gathering and solution design for enhancements.
- Handling data loads, reports,



and integrations.
- Client coordination and documentation.

What we're looking for

Experience

- 57 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects.
- Minimum 2 support / enhancement projects.
- Preferred experience working on HCM projects.

Qualifications & other skills
- B.Tech
- MBA (HR)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong client-facing experience.
