Job Title - Oracle OFSAA AML Specialist

Location - PAN India

Experience - 4- 8 years

Notice - Immediate to 30 days

Requirements

- Act as a key OFSAA subject matter expert for version 8.1.2.8
- Design, develop, customize, and support OFSAA solutions for:
- Customer Screening
- Case Management
- Transaction Monitoring
- Transaction Filtering
- Analyze business and user requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
- Support business teams with customization requests, workflow enhancements, and reporting needs.
- Develop and modify rules, parameters, configurations, reports, and data extraction logic as required.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, data discrepancies, and system defects in a timely manner.
- Perform impact analysis for change requests, system upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.
- Work closely with compliance, operations, business analysts, QA, and technical teams to deliver solutions.




- Support testing activities, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Monitor application health, data processing, and batch execution to ensure stability and performance.
- Prepare technical documentation, design documents, support procedures, and release notes.
- Assist with reporting and MIS requirements for business and regulatory use cases.
- Participate in deployment planning, release support, and post-implementation validation.
- Provide user support, issue analysis, and guidance on system capabilities and limitations.
- Recommend best practices for OFSAA customization, maintainability, and performance optimization.
