Title: Oracle HCM – Senior QA / Test Engineer

: Key Responsibilities-

- Perform testing of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with expertise in Core HR and Absence Management.
- Work with additional HCM modules such as Benefits, Payroll, Talent, or Recruiting.
- Understand end-to-end HCM business processes, employee lifecycle workflows, approvals, configurations, and role-based access.
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios across Oracle HCM and integrated enterprise applications.
- Validate Oracle quarterly updates and releases, including impact assessment, regression testing, and identification of changes affecting existing business processes.
- Manage test data, including creation of realistic test data using HDL/HSDL, spreadsheets, APIs, or appropriate automation approaches.
- Perform data masking and anonymisation, particularly for sensitive employee/HR data, with an understanding of data privacy and security requirements.




- Test HCM integrations including REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, and downstream systems.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Expertise in Core HR and Absence Management.
- Knowledge of end-to-end HCM business processes and employee lifecycle workflows.
- Experience in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with Oracle quarterly updates and release testing.
- Solid test data management experience.
- Experience with HDL/HSDL, spreadsheets, APIs, or automation approaches for test data creation.
- Experience with data masking and anonymisation.
- Understanding of data privacy and security requirements.
- Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, and downstream systems.
