- Lead the solution design and deployment of Oracle CloudCore HR (Global HR), Absence Management, and Advantages, driving the transformation of employee lifecycle processes from hire-to-retire.
- Own the configuration and optimization of workforce structures, person management, employment data, organizational hierarchies, absence plans, leave entitlements, benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and life event administration.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, HR leadership, payroll teams, and technical teams to define requirements, resolve complex design challenges, and ensure seamless integration with payroll, recruiting, talent management, and third-party systems.
- Provide functional leadership across solution architecture, data conversion, security design, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization while ensuring adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices.
