Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Test Analyst with strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials/Accounting and hands-on experience in functional testing. The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing test scenarios, validating financial processes, identifying defects, and supporting end-to-end testing of Oracle Fusion applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional testing of Oracle Fusion Financials/Accounting modules.
- Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate accounting transactions and financial processes in Oracle Fusion.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using appropriate defect management tools.
- Work closely with business users, functional consultants, developers, and other testing teams.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation between source systems and Oracle Fusion.
- Support UAT activities and assist business users during testing.
- Analyze test results and prepare test execution/status reports.
- Ensure test coverage for business-critical accounting processes.
- Participate in requirement reviews and identify potential testing gaps.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials / Accounting.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial business processes.
- Experience in functional testing of Oracle Fusion applications.
- Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience in writing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
- Positive understanding of defect management and test lifecycle.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have
- Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion migration testing.
- Experience with API/integration testing.
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of automated testing tools is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant, Oracle Fusion QA/Tester, Oracle Financials Test Analyst, or Oracle Fusion Functional Tester with strong accounting-domain knowledge would be suitable for this role.
