About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Lead with 10+ years of experience to lead technical solutioning and delivery across Oracle EBS Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in WIP, BOM, Inventory, Intellinum and Oracle APEX, along with strong experience in solution design, technical governance, production support and team mentoring.

This role requires someone who can lead through collaboration rather than authority, bring strong technical perspectives to the team, develop people, share knowledge and create an environment where the team collectively delivers value.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Solution Leadership:

- Lead technical solution design for complex Oracle EBS CRs and enhancements.
- Review MD050s and provide technical feasibility, impact analysis and solution recommendations.
- Collaborate with BAs and functional teams to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead technical brainstorming and POC development.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies and integration impacts.
- Drive resolution of complex technical challenges and escalations.

Oracle Manufacturing:

- Provide solid techno-functional expertise across Work in Process (WIP), Bill of Materials (BOM) and Inventory.
- Provide technical leadership for Intellinum WMS solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for Oracle APEX development and enhancements.
- Understand end-to-end Manufacturing processes and their impact on Oracle EBS customizations and integrations.

Development & Delivery:





- Lead design, development, testing and migration of complex CRs.
- Review and guide SQL/PLSQL development.
- Review APEX and Intellinum solutions.
- Provide technical oversight for integrations and related Oracle technologies.
- Ensure adherence to coding, documentation and configuration-management standards.
- Support complex production issues and drive effective RCA and corrective actions.

Technical Governance:

- Review technical designs, code and development artifacts.
- Ensure quality of Technical Design Documents, Unit Test Plans and Migration Documents.
- Review estimates and technical approaches for complex CRs.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization and process improvement.
- Establish and promote technical best practices across the team.

Team Collaboration & Mentoring:

- Mentor Senior and Mid-Level developers.
- Actively share knowledge rather than retaining technical expertise within individual ownership areas.
- Conduct technical knowledge-sharing and cross-training sessions.
- Encourage team members to take ownership and develop independent problem-solving capabilities.
- Identify skill gaps and help team members build technical and functional capabilities.
- Foster collaboration between developers, BAs, QA, DBA and functional teams.




- Act as a technical coach and escalation point for the team.

· 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS.
