Role Description The Oracle CPQ Consultant (approximately 7 years of experience) will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle CPQ solutions that support complex pricing, quoting, and approval processes. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping them to Oracle CPQ capabilities, and implementing workflows, rules, and integrations with related Oracle Applications and other enterprise systems. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to optimize quote-to-order processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable, scalable solutions.

The consultant will also contribute to documentation, testing,



user training, and continuous process improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.

Qualifications

- Solid experience in Oracle CPQ configuration, pricing, quoting, workflows, and rule design, with the ability to align solutions to complex business scenarios.
- Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing Business Processes related to sales, quoting, and order management, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Consulting skills to work effectively with stakeholders, gather requirements, recommend best practices, and support change management efforts.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications and related modules, including familiarity with Oracle HR where relevant to integrated business workflows.
- Knowledge of Integration concepts and experience integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, or native connectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to solution design and testing.
- Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, on-site teams.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with exposure to global delivery or consulting environments, is beneficial.
