Description

Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead to lead technical design, integrations, reporting, data migration, and extension development for a global Oracle Cloud HCM implementation. The role will work closely with Payroll, Global HR, Absence Management, and external vendor teams to deliver scalable and secure HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM technical design and solution architecture.
- Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Build and support inbound/outbound integrations with:

- Payroll providers

- Advantages vendors




- Third-party HR systems
- Time & Attendance solutions
- Lead data migration activities using HDL, HSDL and Spreadsheet Loader.

- Develop and support

- Fast Formulas

- HCM Extracts

- BI Publisher Reports

- OTBI Reports
- Notifications and Workflow customizations
- Support payroll-related data interfaces, validations, and reconciliations.
- Manage technical testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, security, and reporting issues.

Mentor technical consultants and coordinate offshore/onshore technical delivery.
