Requirements:-
- 7+ years of Oracle HCM Functional with Core HR & Compensation & functional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Compensation).
- Experience with Fast Formulas, Payroll Elements, Balance Feeds.
- Positive Excel and reporting skills.
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications. Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience.
