About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and patient-focused Optometrist to join our eye care team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations, providing refraction services, and assisting in the detection and management of ocular diseases. The role requires excellent clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
- Conduct refraction and prescribe spectacles and contact lenses.
- Assess visual acuity, binocular vision, color vision, and other visual functions.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests using ophthalmic equipment.
- Identify signs of eye diseases and refer patients to ophthalmologists when required.
- Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Assist in community outreach programs, vision screening camps, and awareness activities when required.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Optometry from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant professional body (if applicable).
- Strong clinical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/HIS).
- Knowledge of ophthalmic diagnostic procedures and patient counseling.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage patient flow efficiently.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
