OPT Recruiter (US IT Staffing)
Location: Vijayawada
Experience: 1-3 Years Experienced
Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
What You'll Do
- Source and recruit OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC candidates for US Role requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job portals and LinkedIn.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop long-term relationships with consultants and vendors.
- Work closely with the Bench Sales and Delivery teams.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for recruitment and willingness to learn (Freshers).
- Hands-on experience in US Staffing OPT Recruitment (1-3 Years).
- Knowledge of visa classifications and recruitment portals is an added advantage.
