Summary

We are seeking motivated technical freshers with a keen interest in the IT recruitment sector to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and coordinating with candidates for diverse IT roles spanning software development, cloud computing, data analytics, and ERP systems. As a technical newcomer, you will undergo comprehensive training on recruitment methodologies, industry tools, and client management, equipping you to accurately interpret technical specifications and align them with suitable talent.

Success in this role demands robust communication abilities, a rapid capacity for learning, and a genuine passion for both human resources and technology.

Responsibilities

- Gain hands-on experience by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for prominent multinational corporations.

- Identify and attract potential candidates through major job boards including Naukri, Monster, Shine, and LinkedIn.





- Review applicant resumes to filter qualified profiles and initiate contact with suitable prospects.

- Evaluate candidates based on technical knowledge, verbal communication, aptitude, and prior work experience.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring companies.

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning while fostering positive, long-term relationships with candidates.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Possess a graduation degree in BCA, B.Sc IT/CS, or B.Tech IT/CS.

- Demonstrate excellent proficiency in English communication.

- Show a clear interest in building a long-term career within the IT recruitment field.

- Maintain a solid foundation of technical skills relevant to the IT sector.

- Be capable of performing effectively in a target-driven environment.
