Role & responsibilities

Lead and align the teams that run our Noida factory day to day. You'll coordinate production, procurement and logistics, keep leadership in India and North America informed, and make sure issues are raised early and resolved efficiently. A manufacturing background isn't required. You'll build a working understanding of the operation with full support from the CPO.

- Team leadership and alignment: The Production Head, Domestic and International Procurement, and Logistics leads will report to you. Keep them aligned on priorities, resolve friction between teams early, and make sure work moves smoothly from materials to dispatch.
- Updates to North America: Keep the CEO updated on production and shipping, accurately and on time. Make sure anything she flags is prioritised and followed through.
- Working with the CPO: Give timely status updates, bring clear options and recommendations, and take ownership of the operational matters handed over to you.
- Operating rhythm: Bring structure to how the team reports and follows up, with daily visibility, weekly reviews and clear ownership of every open issue.
- Supply chain (growing): Over time, the role will expand into international sourcing of paper, adhesives, filter tips and packaging, working with our procurement team and partners abroad.

Preferred candidate profile

- 23 years of experience in operations, supply chain, project coordination or a similar people-facing role,



ideally in consumer goods, packaging, apparel or export businesses.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Your updates are clear, concise and easy to act on.
- Working Hindi, enough to connect easily with the team on the factory floor.
- Someone people trust. You listen well, stay calm under pressure, and de-escalate conflict instead of amplifying it.
- You close loops. When something is raised with you, it gets resolved and the team is kept informed.
- A quick learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to take on challenges from day one.
- Highly responsive on Slack during working hours. Our leadership spans time zones.
- Comfortable with basic operational numbers such as lead times, output and costs.
- Good to have: exposure to audits (GMP, SMETA, ISO), international procurement or ERP systems.
