Operations Manager — Scope of WorkOrder fulfilment & logistics
1. Identify the most suitable logistics partner and book each order accordingly.
2. Oversee the complete packing process, including managing packing staff, work allocation, quality checks, and packing timelines.
3. Ensure all dispatched orders are picked up by the logistics partner on time.
4. Track orders to ensure they are scanned, in transit, and moving towards their destination.
5. Escalate delays, stuck shipments, fake delivery attempts, and other delivery issues with the logistics partner until resolved.
6. Coordinate with customers for incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, re-attempts, and other shipment-related queries.
Inventory & production coordination
1. Liaise with factory staff to ensure required products and materials are produced on time and are ready for dispatch.
2. Monitor inventory levels and plan replenishment requirements in advance.
3. Coordinate purchasing from vendors, including placing orders, following up on deliveries, and ensuring materials are received on time.
