Role Description The Operations Manager role at Nevo Mobility is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Operations

Manager will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including EV fleet utilization, route planning, warehouse coordination, and service level adherence.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing processes for cost and efficiency, and ensuring smooth coordination between transportation, storage, and technology teams. The role involves managing on-ground staff, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, resolving operational issues,



and implementing best practices for safety, compliance, and sustainability.

The Operations

Manager will also support continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to operational reporting, and help maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management experience in logistics, supply chain, or related domains, with the ability to oversee daily execution and process optimization.
- Demonstrated skills in team leadership, stakeholder management, and on-ground coordination across transportation and warehousing functions.
- Experience with last-mile or middle-mile operations, EV fleets, or sustainable logistics solutions is highly beneficial.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on service quality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage but not required.
- Comfort with in office work in Gurugram and willingness to engage directly with field teams and operational partners.
