- Lead and manage end-to-end UK accounting operations across Bookkeeping, Payroll, VAT, Management Accounts, and Compliance.




- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Manage team performance, productivity, and service delivery standards.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage client escalations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards, HMRC regulations, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on process optimization and business growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- 5–8 years of experience in UK Accounting Operations or Finance Leadership.
- Strong understanding of UK accounting, VAT, Payroll, and Compliance.
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Advanced Excel.
- Experience managing client-facing accounting operations is preferred.
