National Institute of Education and Development (NIED) is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager – Skill Development to oversee the effective implementation and smooth functioning of skill development programmes.

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in any relevant discipline

Experience: 4–7 years in skill development, project operations, programme management, NGO, CSR or training operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple skill development centres and projects
- Coordinate with Centre In-Charges, trainers, mobilisers and project teams
- Monitor enrolment, mobilisation, training, attendance, assessments and completion
- Track centre-wise performance and programme progress
- Ensure timely achievement of project targets and milestones
- Review MIS, reports and centre documentation
- Monitor training quality and operational compliance




- Conduct regular centre visits and identify operational gaps
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners and project stakeholders
- Support batch planning, mobilisation strategies and placement activities
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation as per project requirements
- Provide regular updates to management on project progress and challenges
- Take corrective actions to improve overall centre and project performance

Ideal Candidate: Strong leadership, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams, centres and project activities effectively.
