We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead large-scale operations across the state, managing 3000 workforce and ensuring efficient service delivery as per defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations and emergency service delivery
- Lead and mentor large teams across multiple locations
- Drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence
- Ensure effective stakeholder and government coordination
- Monitor performance, KPIs, and service quality
- Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial planning
- Support business expansion and new project implementation
