Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Amazon and Flipkart Account Management teams, optimize workflows, improve client performance, and ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

> Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ executives and Account Managers.

> Monitor client KPIs, including sales, ROAS, and account health.

> Develop and implement SOPs for onboarding, listings, and account management.

> Conduct QC audits to ensure accuracy and service quality.

> Manage client relationships, escalations, and performance reviews.

> Allocate resources and monitor team productivity and project deadlines.

> Prepare operational reports and dashboards for senior management.

> Identify training needs and improve team performance.

> Collaborate with senior management to scale operations and improve client retention.

Requirements:

> 6+ years of experience in operations, preferably in e-commerce or digital agencies.

> Strong team leadership, project management,



and problem-solving skills.

> Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub preferred.

> Experience in client relationship management and quality control.

> Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.

> Excellent verbal and written English communication.

> Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
