Bangalore | Full-time | Office-based, with field involvement

Can you grow a business, lead a team, handle difficult customer conversations, and step on the ground when a situation needs your attention?

At EzyHelpers, we help families find reliable domestic help and caregiving support. We’re looking for a energetic, entrepreneurial leader to own Sales & Operations—from the first customer enquiry to placement, ongoing service, and escalation resolution.

This is a high-stakes leadership role with direct accountability for business growth, customer experience, and team performance.

What you’ll own:

- Sales & revenue: Lead the sales funnel, improve conversions, drive collections, and deliver revenue and profitability targets.
- Customer management: Understand requirements, set clear expectations, oversee placements, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Operations & delivery: Coordinate with sourcing and placement teams to ensure suitable matches, timely joining, smooth onboarding, and service continuity.
- Escalations & replacements: Personally handle sensitive cases, resolve issues fairly for customers and helpers, and address root causes to reduce recurring complaints.
- Team leadership: Set targets, review performance, coach team members, and build a culture of ownership and responsiveness.
- On-ground execution: Visit customers, meet helpers, support placements, and resolve issues in person when required.
- Processes & reporting: Strengthen SOPs, maintain CRM discipline,



track pending cases, and work with the founders to improve business performance.

Who we’re looking for:

- Proven experience managing sales, service operations, and teams.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to take decisions and follow through.
- Confidence in negotiation, conflict resolution, and demanding customer situations.
- Empathy and firmness when working with customers, helpers, and colleagues.
- Willingness to work from our Bangalore office, travel locally, and remain reachable for urgent escalations, including occasional support beyond regular office hours.
- Experience in staffing, home services, caregiving, hospitality, or another people-intensive service business is valuable.

How we’ll measure success: Revenue growth, conversions, collections, margins, placement turnaround, customer retention, escalation resolution, replacement rates, and team productivity.

This is a performance-linked opportunity. Compensation will be tied to agreed business and service outcomes. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of the business and delivers measurable results.
