Role and Responsibility

- Assist the Operations team in KYC verification and validation of loan applicants.

- Review customer documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, bank statements, and other required documents.

- Verify the accuracy and completeness of KYC information as per company guidelines.

- Identify discrepancies, missing documents, or mismatched information and coordinate for resolution.

- Support the team in loan documentation, data entry, and backend operational activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams for pending documents and verification requirements.

- Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

- Prepare basic MIS/reports related to KYC and operational activities.

- Follow company policies, SOPs, and applicable KYC/compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Only Fresher Candidates allowed

- Age Limit to 25 Years

- Graduation 3rd Year Pursuing or Graduated candidates can apply

- Coordination Skills

- Attention to Detail

- Ability to work with repetitive process- oriented task

- Willingness to learn banking/NBFC loan Operations.
