About Vatika Garden

Vatika Garden is Balangir's leading Restaurant, Bakery and Banquet destination — established in 2012 and serving Western Odisha for over 13 years. We are now expanding with a new Wedding Venue project and looking for the right person to lead our operations into this next chapter.

The Role

We need a hands-on Operations Head who takes complete ownership of our Restaurant, Bakery and Banquet — someone who builds systems, fixes problems and leads people. This is a senior role with full operational authority reporting directly to the Promoter.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete daily operations — Restaurant, Bakery and Banquet
- Staff recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management
- Food cost control, wastage reduction and inventory management
- SOP creation and systems building from ground up
- Daily sales, cash reconciliation and POS closing reports
- Vendor coordination and purchase management
- Customer handling and complaint resolution
- Party and event enquiry, booking and supervision

Experience Required Minimum 5 to 7 years total experience in restaurant, bakery, banquet, catering or café operations — with at least 2 to 3 years independently managing a team, daily operations and cost controls.

Ideal Candidate

- Age 30 to 45 years
- Background in standalone restaurant, bakery, banquet or catering — hotel experience alone is not sufficient
- Candidates from Odisha or Western Odisha strongly preferred
- Willing to relocate to Balangir with genuine long term commitment




- Odiya speaking or understanding is a strong advantage
- Honest, disciplined, hardworking and a natural team leader
- Comfortable with WhatsApp reporting, POS systems and basic Excel
