Operations Executive – TAB India
Location: Sohna Road, Gurgaon
Employment Type:Full-Time
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Working Hours:Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 2nd & Last Saturday Off

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of TAB India.
The role will involve coordinating with TAB Business Owners (TBOs), Coaches/Facilitators, members, prospects, and the TAB India team to ensure smooth execution of board operations, trainings, events, member engagement, reporting, and franchise activities.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with senior business professionals, managing multiple priorities, working with data and CRM systems, and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
TAB Board & Member Operations
- Support TAB Business Owners, Coaches/Facilitators, and members with day-to-day operational requirements.
- Coordinate with TAB boards and regional teams for smooth functioning.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with members and stakeholders.
- Support member onboarding, engagement, retention, and renewal activities.
- Track member-related activities and ensure timely completion of action items.
- Assist in resolving operational and member-related queries.
Coach & TBO Coordination
- Coordinate with TAB Business Owners and Coaches/Facilitators across different regions.
- Support onboarding and documentation of new Coaches/Facilitators and TBOs.
- Coordinate training schedules, meetings, calls, and other TAB activities.
- Maintain trackers for training, onboarding, agreements, and other operational requirements.
- Follow up with regional teams for pending submissions, reports, and documentation.
Events, Meetings & Trainings
- Coordinate TAB meetings, Masterclasses, training programs, conferences, workshops, and other events.
- Manage registrations, attendance, communication, schedules, logistics, and documentation.
- Coordinate with speakers, trainers, Coaches, TBOs, members, and external stakeholders.
- Support execution of TAB India events and initiatives across different regions.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up before and after events.
CRM, MIS & Reporting
- Maintain accurate data for TAB members, boards, TBOs, Coaches/Facilitators, prospects, and regions.
- Update and manage CRM systems, databases, dashboards, and trackers.
- Prepare regular MIS and operational reports for management.
- Track key operational metrics including:
- Board performance
- Member count
- New member onboarding
- Renewals and retention
- Sample Boards
- Prospects and conversions
- Training and onboarding status
- Regional activities
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting from regional teams.
Franchise & Regional Operations
- Support TAB India Head Office in coordinating with franchisees and regional teams.
- Maintain franchise-wise operational trackers and reports.
- Follow up on pending operational, documentation, invoicing, and reporting requirements.
- Support new territory/franchise launches and related operational activities.
- Assist in maintaining standardized processes and SOPs across regions.
Administration & Documentation
- Manage schedules, documentation, reports, invoices, agreements, and other operational records.
- Maintain organized digital records and databases.
- Coordinate internal meetings and prepare required reports or documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned tasks.
- Support the management team with day-to-day administrative and operational requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
- Advanced MS Excel and Google Workspace skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, reports, dashboards, and databases.
- Good presentation and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Proactive approach with strong ownership and execution skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Business, Commerce, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, customer success, events, training, membership management, franchise operations, or a related role.
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with business communities, professional networks, coaching/training organizations, franchise businesses, or membership-based organizations will be an advantage.
