Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Noida.

The Operations

Executive will coordinate day-to-day travel operations, including managing bookings, handling itineraries, and ensuring accurate execution of packages and services.

Responsibilities include liaising with hotels, transport providers, and other partners, monitoring service quality, and resolving operational issues promptly.



The role involves maintaining detailed records, tracking costs, and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

The Operations

Executive will collaborate with internal teams, communicate with clients on operational matters, and assist in planning for new destinations and offerings.

Salary Range- 20000-25000/Per Month

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Operations and Operations Management skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for working with clients and partners.
- Relevant experience in travel, hospitality, or destination management operations is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic reporting (Excel, CRM or booking systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
