Night Operations Executive

Experience: 0-2 years

Shift: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM IST

We are looking for a quick, proactive and responsible Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage class and demo scheduling and setup.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, coaches and other teams for smooth operations.
- Handle last-minute changes, rescheduling and operational issues.
- Monitor ongoing classes and take quick action when issues arise.
- Ensure timely communication with parents and coaches.
- Maintain accurate operational records and updates.
- Take ownership of issues and ensure they are resolved within the required TAT.

What We’re Looking For:

- 0–2 years of experience in Operations, Coordination, Support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.




- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Quick, alert and able to think on their feet.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Robust attention to detail and ownership.
- Comfortable working independently during the night shift.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
